Big Brake Kit

This kit features an extreme lightweight, one-piece caliper that is CNC machined from aircraft-quality billet and includes a differential bore configuration. Each caliper weighs just over 5 lbs and incorporates machined protection grooves for bridge tubes. Standard on the caliper design are aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston caliper design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM components. Additionally, stainless-steel brake lines are utilized to prevent expansion under pressure. Ksport employs a 2-piece disc assembly to reduce both rotating and unsprung weight. Many applications also offer a floating disc option to mitigate thermal stresses from extreme heat, preventing disc warping or cupping. The unique slot design on the rotors helps reduce braking noise and efficiently expels gas and pad debris faster than conventional designs. Every rotor is heat-treated and balanced prior to shipment for optimal performance. Slotted rotors are recommended for vehicles used more for track driving than daily use. This kit is compatible with 18-inch wheels and above and requires minimal tools for installation in most applications. It is specifically designed for the 2014-2016 Infiniti QX60 3.5L FWD models.
