The extreme lightweight, one-piece caliper is CNC machined from aircraft-quality billet, weighing just over 5lbs and featuring differential bore configuration, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless-steel wear plates. Its opposed piston design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity over OEM systems, while the stainless-steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. The kit utilizes a 2-piece disc assembly to reduce both rotating and unsprung weight. For applications allowing it, a floating disc option is available to mitigate thermal stresses from extreme heat, preventing disc warping and braking surface cupping. The unique slot design on the rotor effectively reduces braking noise and expels gas and pad debris more rapidly than conventional designs. Each rotor is heat-treated and balanced for superior performance. This specific kit features cross-drilled rotors, which tend to run cooler and are recommended for daily driven vehicles, as opposed to slotted rotors which are better suited for track use. The 14-inch rotors are paired with 4-piston calipers, offering a substantial upgrade over stock braking systems.
