Big Brake Kit

The Ksport Supercomp Big Brake Kit offers a significant upgrade in stopping power for your vehicle. This kit integrates advanced brake technology to dramatically reduce brake fade and continually cool and refresh the brake pad surface during braking. This kit features Ksport's extreme lightweight SuperComp caliper, which is machined from aircraft-quality billet and weighs just over 7 lbs. The caliper utilizes a differential bore configuration with larger pistons compared to their ProComp calipers, and includes aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed-piston caliper design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity over OEM designs, while the included stainless steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. Due to the larger caliper size, 4 brake pads are standard per caliper. The SuperComp systems include a 2-piece floating disc assembly, which reduces both rotating and unsprung weight. The floating disc design also mitigates thermal stresses from extreme heat, preventing rotor warping or cupping. The unique slot design on the rotor minimizes braking noise and efficiently expels gas and pad debris. All rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. For daily driven vehicles, cross-drilled rotors are recommended as they tend to run cooler. Slotted rotors are advised for vehicles that see more track use. Features include direct bolt-on replacement components without modifications, Super 8 Pot Calipers in various front and rear sizes (380mm, 400mm, 421mm front, 400mm rear), and standard color options of Orange, Red, Yellow, Black, with over 20,000 custom colors available. The kit includes replacement calipers, rotors, pads, brake lines, and all necessary hardware. The kit is specifically designed for the 2006-2013 Lexus IS350.
