This advanced, bolt-on system builds upon the reputable Procomp kit, incorporating substantially larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads, along with an increased piston count. Standard on all Supercomp systems are full-floating two-piece rotors designed with an outer section that allows for slight shifting, promoting better self-centering within the caliper. This reduces brake drag and optimizes performance through more consistent pad application. Constructed from a solid billet of aerospace-quality aluminum, the forged one-piece calipers offer exceptional lightweight strength and superior corrosion resistance. This construction method ensures perfectly even thicknesses and robust integrity across the entire caliper block. The kit includes SC5 NAOC Ceramic pads, which provide optimal braking performance for street use and occasional track excursions, significantly reducing brake dust by over 50% compared to race pads while minimizing noise and rotor wear. Optimal operating temperatures for these pads range from 194°F to 1022°F. Further enhancing performance and customization, the Supercomp kit features D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines. These lines prevent expansion under pressure, leading to quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel compared to stock rubber lines. Rotors are available in either Slotted or Cross Drilled options. Cross drilled rotors are recommended for daily driven vehicles due to their superior cooling, while slotted rotors are better suited for more frequent track use. The kit is built to order, with production and delivery typically taking 4-6 weeks. This kit is specifically designed for the 2015-2021 Lexus RC F Base model.
