The Ksport Supercomp Big Brake Kit is engineered as an extreme brake upgrade, delivering maximum stopping power with a sophisticated bolt-on design that requires no vehicle modifications for installation. It builds upon the Procomp kit with larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads, plus an increased piston count. The full-floating rotor design ensures better self-centering within the caliper, reducing drag and enhancing performance through more even application. Each caliper is precision-machined from a solid billet of aerospace-grade aluminum, offering unparalleled strength and lightness while resisting corrosion. The included aluminum pistons provide superior heat resistance, ensuring consistent performance. Standard on the Supercomp system are floating two-piece rotors, which reduce both rotating and unsprung weight and prevent thermal warping. This kit includes SC5 Street Pads, formulated with NAOC Ceramic for optimal street and occasional track use, offering a significant reduction in brake dust and noise compared to race pads. D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are also standard, providing quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel by eliminating line expansion under pressure. Customers can choose between slotted or cross-drilled rotors: cross-drilled for cooler operation ideal for daily drivers, and slotted for enhanced performance on track-focused vehicles. This brake kit is built to order, with production and delivery typically taking 4-6 weeks. It is specifically designed for the Mercedes-Benz E-Class W211 models, including the E55 AMG and E63 AMG from 2003-2009.
