Big Brake Kit

This kit builds upon the foundation of Ksport's Procomp system, incorporating significantly larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads, along with an increased piston count. Construction is centered around Ksport's signature lightweight forged one-piece calipers, machined from a solid billet of aerospace-grade aluminum. This method ensures uniform thickness and exceptional strength across the entire caliper body, preventing corrosion and offering superior durability. The floating two-piece rotor design allows for slight adjustments, contributing to reduced brake drag and a more consistent, powerful brake feel. Included with the kit are NAOC Ceramic SC5 Street Pads, optimized for street driving and occasional track use, offering a 50% reduction in brake dust and significantly less noise and rotor wear compared to race pads. These pads perform optimally between 194°F and 1022°F. The system also features D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines, which eliminate hose expansion under pressure for a quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel than stock rubber lines. For customization, you can choose between slotted or cross-drilled rotors; cross-drilled are recommended for daily drivers for better cooling, while slotted rotors are advised for track-oriented vehicles. Ksport Big Brake kits are built to order, with production and delivery typically taking 4-6 weeks. The kit is designed for the 2004-2009 Mazda 3 GS models.
