The StopTech Big Brake Kit for the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X (08-15) is a high-performance rear brake upgrade designed to enhance stopping power, reduce fade, and improve pedal feel. This kit features forged, lightweight StopTech STR calipers with patented stiffening bridges, floating, slotted 355x32mm AeroRotors, StopTech Street Performance brake pads, and braided stainless steel brake lines. The AeroRotors offer optimized cooling with curved, airfoil-shaped vanes and an air channel that widens at the trailing edge. The kit also includes hard anodized 6061-T6 billet aluminum mounting brackets with stainless steel studs and all necessary hardware for installation. The standard caliper finish is a glossy high-temperature red paint. This kit maintains factory braking bias while significantly reducing stopping distances and minimizing brake fade. It is suitable for high-performance street driving and occasional track use.
