Integrating advanced brake technology, these kits significantly reduce brake fade and continuously cool brake pads during use. The extreme lightweight, one-piece caliper is CNC machined from aircraft-quality billet aluminum, weighing just over 5 lbs. It features differential bore configuration, machined protection grooves, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM systems. Stainless steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. Ksport utilizes a 2-piece disc assembly to reduce rotating and unsprung weight. Many applications offer a floating disc option to prevent warping from extreme heat. The unique rotor slot design minimizes braking noise and improves debris expulsion.

These kits incorporate new brake technology to drastically reduce brake fade and ensure continuous cooling and refreshing of the brake pads during aggressive braking. Constructed for exceptional durability and lightness, the extreme one-piece caliper is CNC machined from aircraft-quality billet aluminum, weighing in at just over 5 pounds. It features a differential bore configuration, integrated protection grooves for bridge tubes, aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel wear plates. The opposed piston caliper design significantly improves pad wear and caliper rigidity over stock components. High-performance stainless steel brake lines are included to prevent expansion under pressure. Ksport employs a 2-piece disc assembly, which effectively reduces both rotating and unsprung weight for improved handling. For applications experiencing extreme heat, a floating disc option is available to prevent thermal stresses from warping the disc or braking surface. Every rotor is heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily-driven vehicles due to their cooler operating temperatures, while slotted rotors are suggested for vehicles with more track-oriented use.
