This sophisticated bolt-on system builds upon the Procomp kit, incorporating larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads, along with an increased piston count for enhanced performance and heat dissipation. Each caliper is a one-piece forging from aircraft-grade aluminum, offering exceptional strength, light weight, and resistance to corrosion. The calipers also utilize aluminum pistons for superior heat tolerance and reliable operation. The rotors are a two-piece floating design, allowing for slight self-centering within the caliper, which reduces brake drag and improves performance through more even pad application. Standard SC5 Street Brake Pads are included, offering optimal braking performance for street and occasional track use, with significantly reduced dust and noise compared to race pads. D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are also standard, minimizing line expansion under pressure for a quicker pedal response and firmer pedal feel. Customers can choose between slotted or cross-drilled rotors. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily driven vehicles as they run cooler, while slotted rotors are advised for more aggressive track use. The Supercomp kit includes two forged, monoblock aluminum calipers, two lightweight two-piece rotors (slotted or drilled), one set of SC5 Street Brake Pads, two stainless steel brake lines, and all necessary mounting hardware. Ksport big brake kits are built to order, with production and delivery typically taking 4-6 weeks. This specific kit is designed for the Nissan Pulsar N14 GTiR model, years 1991-1995.
