Big Brake Kit

This kit elevates performance beyond Ksport's Procomp offerings with larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads, more pistons, and standard full-floating rotors that enhance self-centering within the caliper for reduced drag and more even application. Each caliper is constructed from a single billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring lightweight strength and corrosion resistance, while aluminum pistons provide superior heat management. The floating two-piece rotor design allows for slight shifts, further optimizing performance and reducing brake drag. Calipers are available in various standard painted colors like Orange, Red, Black, and Yellow, with options for premium high-polish or custom anodized finishes. Included in the kit are SC5 NAOC Ceramic pads, optimized for street and occasional track use, offering a significant reduction in brake dust (50%+) and noise compared to race pads, with an optimal operating temperature range of 194°F - 1022°F. D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are also standard, improving pedal response and feel by preventing line expansion under pressure. Buyers can choose between slotted or cross-drilled rotors; cross-drilled are recommended for daily drivers due to better cooling, while slotted rotors are suggested for track-focused vehicles. Ksport Big Brake kits are built to order, typically requiring 4-6 weeks for production and delivery.
