Big Brake Kit

This sophisticated kit installs directly onto your vehicle without requiring modifications, featuring larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads than their Procomp line. The Supercomp kit boasts increased piston count and standard full-floating rotors for superior self-centering and reduced drag, ultimately boosting performance. Constructed from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, the one-piece caliper design ensures lightweight construction, exceptional strength, and resistance to corrosion. The calipers also utilize aluminum pistons for enhanced heat resistance. Complementing the calipers are CNC-machined carbon steel brackets that allow for a direct bolt-on installation to the OEM caliper bracket location. The floating two-piece rotor design provides better self-centering within the caliper, minimizing brake drag and promoting more even pad application. Included with the kit are NAOC Ceramic SC5 Street Pads, which offer optimal braking performance for street use and occasional track days. These pads significantly reduce brake dust (by 50% or more) and minimize noise and rotor wear, with an optimal operating temperature range of 194°F - 1022°F. The kit also features D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines, which prevent line expansion under pressure, leading to quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel compared to stock rubber lines. Rotors are available in either Cross Drilled or Slotted options. Cross Drilled rotors are recommended for daily driven vehicles due to their cooler operating temperatures, while Slotted rotors are better suited for vehicles experiencing more track time. All Ksport Big Brake kits are built to order, with an estimated production and delivery time of 4-6 weeks. Ksport Big Brake kits are generally designed for 2WD vehicles only, unless otherwise stated.
