Big Brake Kit

The Ksport SuperComp Front Big Brake Kit offers a substantial upgrade in stopping performance, featuring massive 8-piston calipers forged from aircraft-quality billet aluminum. These lightweight calipers, weighing just over 7lbs each, utilize larger pistons and a differential bore configuration for enhanced braking force. Standard features include aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel wear plates. The opposed piston design improves pad wear and caliper rigidity over OEM components, while the included DOT compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines resist expansion and provide quicker pedal response. This kit includes 380mm (15-inch) 2-piece floating, cross-drilled rotors designed to reduce weight and prevent thermal stress and warping. The cross-drilled design is recommended for daily driven vehicles as it tends to run cooler than slotted rotors and continuously cleans the pad surface. Ksport also includes their SC5 Street Pads, which are NAOC ceramic pads optimized for street and occasional track use, offering reduced dust, noise, and rotor wear. For dedicated track use, optional RC1 Race Pads (carbon metallic) are available, though not recommended for street driving due to their high operating temperature. Every kit comes with CNC-machined carbon steel caliper brackets that allow for direct bolt-on installation to OEM caliper bracket locations. Ksport provides a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturer defects.
