Big Brake Kit

This kit builds upon the Procomp series with larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads, along with an increased piston count and standard full-floating rotors for enhanced self-centering within the caliper, which reduces brake drag and improves braking performance through more even pad application. Constructed from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, the one-piece calipers offer exceptional strength, light weight, and resistance to corrosion. These calipers also utilize aluminum pistons, which provide superior heat management and reliable operation. The floating two-piece rotor design is standard, featuring an outer section that can shift slightly, allowing for better self-centering and a more consistent brake application. Included with the kit are SC5 Street Pads, formulated with NAOC Ceramic material to offer optimal braking performance for street use and occasional track conditions. These pads are designed to reduce brake dust by over 50% compared to race pads, while also minimizing noise and rotor wear, with an optimal operating temperature range of 194°F - 1022°F. Additionally, D.O.T compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are standard, improving pedal response and providing a firmer pedal feel by eliminating line expansion under pressure. For customization, you can choose between slotted or cross-drilled rotors. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily-driven vehicles as they run cooler, while slotted rotors are better suited for track use. Ksport Big Brake kits are built to order, and customers should anticipate a production and delivery time of 4-6 weeks. The kit is designed for the 2006-2013 Volvo C70, with specific fitment available for Base trims in model years 2010 and 2013.
