Big Brake Kit

This sophisticated kit is designed as a direct bolt-on, requiring no vehicle modifications for installation. It builds upon the foundational benefits of Ksport's Procomp kits but features significantly larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads, along with an increased piston count. Constructed from a one-piece billet of aerospace-quality aluminum, the Supercomp calipers are exceptionally lightweight, strong, and resistant to corrosion. They feature differential bore pistons for superior heat resistance and uncompromised operation, even under demanding conditions. Supporting these calipers are CNC-machined carbon steel brackets that facilitate direct installation into the OEM caliper bracket location. The kit includes 421mm x 36mm slotted, two-piece floating rotors. These rotors reduce rotational and unsprung weight and help mitigate thermal stresses that can warp the disc or cup the braking surface. The kit comes standard with Ksport's SC5 Street Brake Pads, which offer optimal braking performance for street use and occasional track days. These pads are formulated to reduce brake dust by over 50% and minimize noise and rotor wear. For enhanced pedal response and a firmer feel, DOT-compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are included, preventing line expansion under pressure. Customers can choose between slotted rotors, recommended for track use, or cross-drilled rotors, suggested for daily driving. The calipers are available in various standard and premium finishes. Standard kit inclusions are: two forged, monoblock aluminum calipers, two lightweight two-piece slotted rotors, one set of SC5 Street Brake Pads, two stainless steel brake lines, all necessary mounting components and hardware, and an owner's manual.
