Big Brake Kit

This kit builds upon the Procomp series with larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads, incorporating an increased number of pistons and standard full-floating rotors for optimal self-centering within the caliper. Constructed from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, the one-piece calipers offer exceptional lightweight strength and corrosion resistance, complemented by aluminum pistons that enhance heat management. The floating two-piece rotor design allows the outer section to shift slightly, improving self-centering, reducing brake drag, and ensuring more even pad application for enhanced performance. Customization options are available for caliper colors, including standard painted finishes like Orange, Red, Black, and Yellow, with premium high-polish options in Silver, Gold, and Titanium, as well as Glassy/Hard Anodized Colors, and over 20,000 custom color finishes. The kit comes standard with SC5 Street Pads, offering optimal braking performance for street and occasional track use, with reduced dust, noise, and rotor wear. D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are also standard, providing improved pedal response and a firmer feel by preventing line expansion under pressure. Ksport Big Brake kits offer the choice between slotted or cross-drilled rotors. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily-driven vehicles as they run cooler, while slotted rotors are suggested for vehicles experiencing more track use. The Ksport Supercomp 8 Piston 380mm Front Big Brake Kit is compatible with 1999-2005 BMW 3-Series models, including specific trims like the 330Ci, 330i, and 330xi.
