Big Brake Kit w/ Forged Aluminum Calipers

This sophisticated, bolt-on system builds upon the performance of Ksport's Procomp kit by incorporating larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads, as well as increased piston count for superior braking force. Every caliper is precision-machined from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring exceptional strength, light weight, and resistance to corrosion. Aluminum pistons are utilized for superior heat dissipation and reliable operation under demanding conditions. The Supercomp kit features a floating two-piece rotor design as standard. This design allows the outer rotor section to self-center, reducing brake drag and improving performance through more even pad application. The kit includes Ksport's SC5 Street Pads, which offer optimal braking performance for street use and occasional track days. These pads are designed to reduce brake dust by over 50% compared to race pads, while also minimizing noise and rotor wear, with an optimal operating temperature range of 194°F - 1022°F. Additionally, D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are included, which prevent line expansion under pressure, leading to quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel. Customization options are available for rotors, including slotted or cross-drilled designs. Slotted rotors are recommended for track use, while cross-drilled rotors are suggested for daily driven vehicles due to their cooler operating temperatures. Calipers come standard in various painted finishes such as Orange, Red, Black and Yellow, with options to upgrade to premium high polish finishes like Silver, Gold, and Titanium, or even glassy/hard anodized colors, offering a virtually limitless range of custom finishes.
