This construction eliminates weak spots found in cast or welded calipers, preventing fractures, warpage, and long-term failure. The aluminum pistons are protected by heavy-duty seals capable of handling racetrack temperatures, while an opposed-piston design ensures consistent brake pad wear. Standard features include high-temperature seals, titanium brake pad retainer clips, and stainless-steel wear plates. This kit utilizes a two-piece rotor design, crafted with lightweight center sections made from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum. This design reduces rotational mass, leading to quicker wheel stop response and improved brake feel. The two-piece construction also allows the outer rotor section to expand and contract independently, greatly reducing the risk of warping due to heat buildup.
