Constructed with an extreme lightweight, one-piece caliper CNC machined from aircraft-quality billet, this caliper weighs just over 5 lbs and features differential bore configuration. It includes aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston caliper design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM systems. Ksport utilizes a 2-piece disc assembly to reduce both rotating and unsprung weight. Many applications offer a floating disc option to mitigate thermal stresses and prevent warping. The unique slot design on the rotor minimizes braking noise and efficiently expels gas and pad debris. Rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance, with cross-drilled options recommended for daily drivers and slotted rotors for track-focused vehicles. The kit includes stainless steel brake lines, which prevent expansion under pressure, along with all necessary mounting components, hardware, brackets, and bolts.
