This kit surpasses the Procomp version with larger calipers, rotors, and pads, along with an increased piston count. The calipers are forged from a single piece of aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring exceptional strength, light weight, and resistance to corrosion, while aluminum pistons are incorporated for superior heat management and reliable performance. Featuring a floating two-piece rotor design, the Supercomp kit allows the outer rotor section to self-center, reducing brake drag and improving stopping consistency. The calipers are offered in a variety of standard painted colors (Orange, Red, Black, Yellow) and premium high-polish finishes (Silver, Gold, Titanium), with over 20,000 custom color options available for near-limitless personalization. Standard SC5 Street Pads are included, providing optimal braking for street and occasional track use, with reduced dust and noise compared to race pads. D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are also standard, offering a firmer pedal feel and quicker response by eliminating line expansion under pressure. Customization extends to the rotors, which can be specified as either cross-drilled for improved cooling on daily drivers or slotted for track-oriented performance.
