Big Brake Kit with Billet Aluminum Calipers

This advanced brake system integrates new technologies to continually cool and refresh brake pad surfaces during braking, ensuring consistent performance. The kit's extreme lightweight, one-piece caliper is CNC machined from aircraft-quality billet aluminum and features a differential bore configuration. Weighing just over five pounds, each caliper includes protection grooves for bridge tubes. Standard components include aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. The opposed piston caliper design enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to stock setups, while stainless-steel brake lines eliminate hose expansion under pressure. Ksport employs a 2-piece disc assembly to reduce both rotating and unsprung weight. For applications experiencing extreme heat, a floating disc option is available to prevent warping and cupping of the braking surface. The rotors are distinguished by a unique slot design that minimizes braking noise and efficiently expels gas and pad debris, outperforming conventional slot designs. Every rotor undergoes heat treatment and balancing to ensure peak performance. For daily driven vehicles, cross-drilled rotors are recommended for their cooling properties. Vehicles primarily used for track driving will benefit more from slotted rotors.
