Big Brake Kit with Floating Disc Assembly

Each extreme lightweight caliper is crafted from aircraft-quality billet and features a differential bore configuration with an opposed piston design. This enhances pad wear and caliper rigidity compared to OEM designs. Standard features include aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates. The included stainless steel brake lines prevent expansion under pressure. The kit utilizes a 2-piece floating disc assembly to reduce both rotating and unsprung weight, while also mitigating thermal stresses from extreme heat to prevent disc warping or cupping. The unique slotted rotor design minimizes braking noise and more efficiently expels gas and pad debris. Rotors are heat-treated and balanced for optimal performance; slotted rotors are recommended for track use, while cross-drilled rotors are suggested for daily drivers. This specific kit is designed for the front position and features 8-piston ProComp calipers in red, paired with 356mm (14-inch) slotted rotors.
