Big Brake Kit with Forged Calipers

The CEIKA CBK1560 is a custom-built big brake kit engineered for a wide range of driving conditions, from street use to professional racing. The calipers are constructed from forged 6061-T6 aerospace-grade alloy with a radial mount design for superior rigidity and feature pistons available in alloy or stainless steel with dual seals for high-temperature resistance. The kit includes a carbon steel caliper adapter for direct bolt-on installation and DOT/ADR approved Teflon and stainless steel brake lines manufactured in the UK. The 2-piece floating rotors utilize a 6061-T6 alloy hat and an FC30 cast iron ring, offered with drilled, slotted, or both drilled and slotted surfaces. Curved vanes promote optimal cooling, and floating rotor systems (for 330mm and larger) help minimize warping and drag. Multiple brake pad compounds are available to suit driving needs, including street, sport, race, and pro-race options, with temperature ranges extending up to 800°C for the Pro Race compound. CEIKA guarantees the fitment of its big brake kits as bolt-on replacements and will provide revised parts free of charge if any component does not fit. However, CEIKA is not responsible for wheel fitment issues; clearance problems with wheel spokes can occur when fitting larger brakes. Customers are advised to use the provided brake templates to check clearances before ordering, or to consult with CEIKA's team to ensure proper fitment without spacers. A 2-year warranty covers caliper casting, parts, seals, mounting hardware, brackets, and brake lines, with a 10,000km / 3-month warranty on rotors.
