The calipers are constructed from forged 6061-T6 aerospace-grade alloy with a radial mount design for reduced flex, and feature pistons available in 6061-T6 alloy with anti-corrosion coating or stainless steel. These calipers are equipped with dual seals, high-temperature resistant oil rings, dust scrapers, and stainless steel bleed screws. The braking system includes 2-piece floating rotors with 6061-T6 aerospace-grade alloy hats, fully balanced and featuring FC30 cast iron rotor rings with anti-corrosion coating. Customers can choose between drilled, slotted, or drilled and slotted rotor ring configurations at no extra cost. The rotors utilize curved vane ventilation for optimal cooling and incorporate an anti-rattle system for floating rotors (available on 330mm and larger sizes) to reduce warping and drag. Included in the kit are DOT/ADR approved Teflon and stainless steel brake lines, manufactured in the UK, ensuring direct fitment. Various rotor sizes are available for front and rear applications, with specific fitment recommendations based on wheel diameter. Customers are advised to use provided templates to check for wheel spoke clearance issues, as CEIKA is not responsible for wheel fitment, though they guarantee the brake kit's fitment as a bolt-on component and will provide replacement parts if anything does not fit. The calipers are available with custom color finishes, including anodized or anodized with gloss paint. Brake pads are offered in four compounds: Street (Grey), Sport (Blue), Race (Red), and Pro Race (Yellow), catering to different driving conditions from daily driving to extreme track use. Other reputable brake pad brands are also compatible with CEIKA calipers.
