Big Brake Kit with Full-Floating Rotors

This sophisticated bolt-on system builds upon the Procomp kit with larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads, an increased number of pistons, and standard full-floating rotors that enhance caliper self-centering. The calipers themselves are forged from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring a lightweight yet incredibly strong and corrosion-resistant construction. Aluminum pistons are utilized for superior heat resistance and reliable operation under demanding conditions. Key features of the Supercomp kit include a lightweight, forged one-piece caliper design for even thickness and strength. CNC-machined carbon steel caliper brackets are included to facilitate a direct bolt-on installation to your OEM caliper bracket location, accommodating the larger Ksport calipers. The floating two-piece rotor design allows for slight outer section adjustments, which reduces brake drag and improves braking performance through more even application. The kit comes standard with SC5 Street Pads, offering optimal braking for street and occasional track use, with a significant reduction in brake dust, noise, and rotor wear. Additionally, D.O.T compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are included to eliminate line expansion under pressure, providing quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel compared to stock rubber lines. This kit is available with either slotted or cross-drilled rotors. Slotted rotors are recommended for vehicles that see more track time, while cross-drilled rotors run cooler and are recommended for daily driven vehicles. The Supercomp Big Brake Kit is built to order, with production and delivery typically taking 4-6 weeks. This kit is designed to fit the Mercedes-Benz S-Class models from 2006 to 2013, including S430, S550, S600, S63 AMG, and S65 AMG trims.
