Big Brake Kit with Full-Floating Rotors

This kit elevates the performance of the Procomp kit by incorporating larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads, alongside an increased piston count and standard full-floating rotors for enhanced caliper self-centering and reduced drag. Constructed from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, the one-piece calipers offer exceptional lightweight strength and superior corrosion resistance. The calipers are equipped with aluminum pistons, which provide improved heat management and reliable operation under demanding conditions. The floating two-piece rotor design allows the outer section to shift slightly, aiding in self-centering, minimizing brake drag, and ensuring more consistent brake application for boosted performance. This kit includes SC5 Street Pads, formulated with NAOC Ceramic compound, offering optimal performance for street driving and occasional track use. These pads significantly reduce brake dust (by 50% or more compared to race pads) and minimize noise and rotor wear, operating effectively between 194°F and 1022°F. Also standard are D.O.T compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines, which prevent line expansion under pressure, leading to a quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel than stock rubber lines. Customers can select between slotted or cross-drilled rotors. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily drivers as they offer better cooling, while slotted rotors are advised for vehicles intended for more track use.
