The calipers themselves are forged from a single billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring exceptional strength, light weight, and immunity to corrosion. They are equipped with aluminum pistons, which offer superior heat resistance and reliable operation under demanding conditions. Furthermore, the floating two-piece rotor design allows the outer section to shift slightly, improving self-centering, reducing brake drag, and enhancing overall braking performance through more consistent pad application. Customizable options include painted caliper colors (Orange, Red, Black, Yellow) and premium high-polish finishes (Silver, Gold, Titanium), with over 20,000 custom color finishes available. The kit comes standard with SC5 Street Pads, offering optimal performance for street and occasional track use with reduced dust and noise. D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are also included, providing quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel by eliminating line expansion under pressure.
