The Ksport SuperComp Big Brake Kit offers unparalleled stopping power, engineered with advanced brake technology to significantly reduce brake fade and maintain optimal pad surface temperature under demanding conditions. This extreme lightweight SuperComp caliper, weighing just over 7lbs, is machined from aircraft-quality billet and features a differential bore configuration with larger pistons compared to ProComp calipers, enhancing pad wear and caliper rigidity over OEM designs. Aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates are standard, ensuring durability and performance. This kit utilizes a 2-piece floating disc assembly, which reduces both rotating and unsprung weight while mitigating thermal stresses from extreme heat that can cause disc warping or braking surface cupping. The unique slot design on the rotor minimizes braking noise and efficiently expels gas and pad debris, offering superior performance, especially for vehicles with significant track use. Every rotor is heat-treated and balanced prior to shipment for optimal performance. Stainless steel brake lines are included to prevent expansion under pressure.
