Big Brake Kit with Slotted Rotors

The Ksport Supercomp Big Brake System is engineered as an extreme, bolt-on brake upgrade specifically for the Audi Quattro Sport, offering unparalleled stopping power with no required vehicle modifications. This kit incorporates larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads compared to standard offerings, alongside increased piston sizes and standard full-floating rotors for enhanced caliper self-centering. The calipers are forged from a one-piece billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring lightweight strength and resistance to corrosion. The opposed-piston design ensures consistent brake pad grip and wear. Each caliper is equipped with titanium brake pad retainer clips and stainless-steel brake pad wear plates. This system utilizes lightweight two-piece rotors, available in either Cross Drilled (recommended for daily driving) or Slotted (recommended for track use) configurations. The two-piece design allows the outer rotor section to expand and contract independently, reducing warping from heat. The lightweight aluminum center sections also act as heat sinks, dissipating heat effectively. Standard on the Supercomp system is a full floating rotor design, allowing slight shifting for better self-centering, reduced brake drag, and more even pad application. Optional upgrades for Titanium or Twin Color Anodized center bells are available for further customization. Included in the standard kit are two forged, monoblock aluminum calipers, two lightweight two-piece rotors, one set of SC5 Street Brake Pads, two stainless steel brake lines, and all necessary mounting hardware and components. The DOT-compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines reduce line expansion under pressure, leading to quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel. The SC5 street pads offer optimal braking performance for street and occasional track use, with reduced dust and noise compared to race pads. Ksport Big Brake Kits come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturer defects. It's important to note that these kits are built to order, with production and delivery typically taking 4-6 weeks.
