Standard full-floating rotors are featured to ensure better self-centering within the caliper. Each caliper is crafted from a single piece of aircraft-grade aluminum, providing exceptional lightweight strength and resistance to corrosion. The calipers also utilize aluminum pistons, which offer superior heat resistance and maintain consistent operation under demanding conditions. The two-piece floating rotor design allows the outer section to shift slightly, improving self-centering, reducing brake drag, and boosting overall performance through more even pad application. This kit includes Ksport's SC5 Street Brake Pads, optimized for street and occasional track use, offering a significant reduction in brake dust, noise, and rotor wear. The pads operate effectively between 194°F and 1022°F. Additionally, DOT-compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are included, which prevent line expansion under pressure, resulting in quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel compared to standard rubber lines. Buyers can choose between cross-drilled rotors, recommended for daily driving due to cooler operation, or slotted rotors, preferred for track-focused vehicles.
