This system elevates your braking performance by incorporating larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads, along with increased piston count and standard full-floating rotors for enhanced self-centering. The calipers are constructed from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring lightweight strength and corrosion resistance, while aluminum pistons offer superior heat management and consistent operation. Key components of the Supercomp kit include forged, one-piece aluminum calipers with opposed-piston design for even brake pad wear and high-temperature seals. The two-piece rotor design, available in Cross Drilled for cooler running on daily drivers or Slotted for track-focused use, significantly reduces rotational mass and combats warping due to heat buildup. These rotors are commonly 50% lighter than OEM equivalents. The kit also features stainless-steel braided brake lines that prevent line expansion under pressure, leading to a firmer pedal feel and quicker response. Standard equipment includes SC5 Street Brake Pads, suitable for street and occasional track use, offering reduced dust and noise. An upgrade to RCI Race Pads is available for dedicated track performance. The standard kit includes the calipers, two-piece rotors, SC5 brake pads, stainless steel lines, and all necessary mounting hardware and an owner's manual. For optimal performance, customers can choose between slotted or drilled rotors and select from a wide array of custom caliper colors. The system is designed to fit 19-inch wheels and above.
