This sophisticated bolt-on system builds upon the foundation of Ksport's Procomp kit, incorporating larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads, along with an increased piston count and standard full-floating rotors that enhance self-centering capabilities within the caliper. Each caliper is precision-machined from a single piece of aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring a lightweight, exceptionally strong, and corrosion-resistant component. Key features include a one-piece forged caliper construction from aerospace-quality aluminum, offering unparalleled strength and even thickness distribution. CNC-machined carbon steel caliper brackets facilitate a direct bolt-on installation to OEM caliper bracket locations, accommodating the larger Ksport calipers. The floating two-piece rotor design allows the outer section to shift, improving self-centering and reducing brake drag for more consistent application and enhanced performance. Standard SC5 Street Pads (NAOC Ceramic) are included, providing optimal performance for street and occasional track use, while significantly reducing brake dust, noise, and rotor wear with an operating temperature range of 194°F - 1022°F. D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are also standard, preventing line expansion under pressure for quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel. Customers can choose between slotted or cross-drilled rotors; cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily drivers due to better cooling, while slotted rotors are suggested for track-focused vehicles. Calipers are available in standard colors like Orange, Red, Black, and Yellow, with premium finishes such as Silver, Gold, Titanium, and Glassy/Hard Anodized colors also available, alongside extensive custom color options.
