They feature aluminum pistons, which offer superior heat resistance for consistent performance. Further enhancing performance, the Supercomp kit utilizes a floating two-piece rotor design. This allows the outer rotor section to self-center, minimizing brake drag and promoting more even pad application for improved efficiency. Ksport offers customization options for caliper colors, including standard finishes like Orange, Red, Black, and Yellow, as well as premium high-polish options in Silver, Gold, and Titanium, with nearly limitless custom color choices available. The kit includes SC5 Street Pads, designed for optimal braking in street and occasional track conditions, offering reduced dust and noise compared to race pads. D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are standard, providing a firmer pedal feel and quicker response by eliminating line expansion under pressure. Customers can choose between slotted or cross-drilled rotors, with slotted recommended for track use and cross-drilled for daily driving due to cooler operation.
