Standard full-floating rotors enhance self-centering capabilities within the caliper. The calipers themselves are precision-machined from a single billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring exceptional strength, light weight, and resistance to corrosion. Aluminum pistons are utilized for their superior heat resistance. The rotors are available in slotted or cross-drilled options; cross-drilled are recommended for daily drivers due to cooler operation, while slotted are suggested for track use. Standard SC5 Street Pads are included, offering optimal performance for street and occasional track use, with reduced dust and noise. D.O.T. compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are also standard, providing a quicker pedal response and firmer feel. This kit is specifically designed for the Mercedes-Benz E-Class W211 models from 2003-2008, including the E55 AMG and E63 AMG trims.
