Description

This sophisticated, bolt-on brake upgrade builds upon the foundations of the Procomp kit but integrates larger calipers, rotors, and brake pads, an increased number of pistons, and standard full-floating rotors for enhanced self-centering within the caliper. Constructed for durability and performance, all calipers feature a one-piece forged design from a solid billet of aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring a lightweight yet incredibly strong and corrosion-resistant component. The aluminum pistons offer superior heat resistance and maintain uncompromised operation under demanding conditions. This kit includes SC1 Street Pads and stainless steel brake lines, and the rotors are available in either slotted or cross-drilled designs. The front kit features massive 400mm x 36mm slotted rotors and 8-piston calipers in a striking orange finish. This Supercomp Big Brake Kit is specifically designed for the 2007-2013 Mini Cooper R56 with the 1.6L I4 engine.
