They feature aluminum pistons that provide superior heat dissipation and reliable operation. Complementing the calipers are CNC-machined Carbon Steel caliper brackets, which ensure a direct bolt-up to your vehicle's OEM caliper bracket locations, accommodating the larger Ksport calipers. The kit includes floating two-piece rotors as standard, featuring an outer section that allows for slight adjustments. This design aids in better self-centering within the caliper, further reducing drag and optimizing braking performance through more consistent application. Ksport offers customization options for calipers, including standard painted colors like Orange, Red, Black, and Yellow, with premium finishes like Silver, Gold, Titanium, and Glassy/Hard Anodized colors also available, along with over 20,000 custom color finishes. This kit comes with NAOC Ceramic SC5 Street Pads, providing optimal performance for street driving and occasional track use. These pads offer a significant reduction in brake dust (50% or more compared to race pads), noise, and rotor wear, with an optimal operating temperature range of 194°F - 1022°F. Additionally, D.O.T compliant stainless-steel braided brake lines are included, which prevent line expansion under pressure, leading to a quicker pedal response and a firmer pedal feel. Customers can choose between slotted or cross-drilled rotors. Cross-drilled rotors are recommended for daily-driven vehicles due to their cooler operating temperatures, while slotted rotors are suggested for track use.
