Big Gulp Series 5-Inch Air Intake

The Roto-fab Big Gulp Series cold air intake system is engineered for 2016-2024 Camaro SS models equipped with a supercharger, including compatibility with the Magnuson Heartbeat supercharger and other common aftermarket options like Whipple and OEM LT4. This intake is intended for high-power applications, exceeding 650-700 RWHP, and features significantly larger 5-inch OD ductwork to minimize restrictions. Key components include massive 5-inch OD ducting, a 5-inch hump hose designed to absorb motor movement, and a silicone coupler suitable for 102/103 mm aftermarket throttle bodies. The system also incorporates a 6-inch MAF sensor housing and a powdercoated air box with a Roto-fab Big Gulp Series logo. An effective seal to the hood maximizes air box volume and accommodates a larger filter. The intake elbow has a molded-in oversize breather port with fittings for various PCV configurations. A custom tune is mandatory for this Big Gulp Series intake due to its larger duct size. Failure to tune could result in engine damage. While it includes a coupler for 102/103 mm throttle bodies, a 4-inch adapter (part #1014-3049) is required for the factory throttle body, and a 5-inch x 4.75-inch adapter (part #1013-2059) is also available separately for different aftermarket throttle bodies. Upgrading the stock throttle body is highly recommended for optimal performance. The system comes with a pre-oiled filter, and the replacement filter part number is 1013-5013.
