Big Gulp Series 5-Inch Air Intake

The Roto-Fab Big Gulp Series cold air intake system is engineered for 2016-2024 Camaro SS vehicles equipped with LT4 and Whipple superchargers. This system is specifically designed for vehicles with power levels exceeding 650-700 RWHP, utilizing massive 5-inch OD duct work to minimize restriction. Key features include a 5-inch hump hose designed to absorb motor rock, a silicone coupler compatible with 102/103 mm throttle bodies, and a 6-inch MAF sensor housing. The air box is constructed with a powdercoated finish and features a bulb seal that effectively mates to the hood, maximizing air box volume and accommodating a larger filter. The inlet elbow is equipped with a molded-in oversize breather port, complete with two fitting sizes for various PCV configurations. Installation of the Big Gulp Series cold air intake necessitates custom tuning due to its larger duct size; failure to do so could lead to engine damage. For optimal performance, upgrading the stock throttle body is highly recommended. An optional 5-inch x 4.75-inch throttle body adapter (part #1013-2059) and a 4-inch adapter (part #1014-3049) for the factory throttle body are available separately.
