Big Gulp Series 5-Inch Air Intake

The Roto-Fab Big Gulp Series cold air intake system is engineered to elevate the performance of the 2016-2019 Cadillac CTS-V, particularly for vehicles aiming for power levels beyond 650-700 RWHP. It utilizes massive 5-inch OD duct work to minimize restriction and includes a 5-inch hump hose to absorb engine movement. The system features a silicone coupler designed for 102/103 mm aftermarket throttle bodies, with optional adapters available for factory throttle bodies or larger aftermarket ones. Key components include a 6-inch MAF sensor housing that transitions to a 6-inch filter clamping surface, providing rigid mounting and preventing engine bay heat infiltration. The air box is constructed with a bulb seal that effectively closes against the hood, maximizing air box volume and filter space. The inlet elbow is equipped with a molded-in oversize breather port, accepting various PCV configurations. This Big Gulp Series intake system requires custom tuning due to its larger duct size; failure to tune could result in engine damage. The included filter comes pre-oiled and ready for installation.
