Big Gulp Series 5-Inch Air Intake System

The Roto-Fab Big Gulp Series cold air intake system is engineered for the 2017-2024 Camaro ZL1, specifically targeting vehicles with power levels exceeding 650-700 RWHP. For stock or mildly modified vehicles, a standard Roto-fab cold air intake is recommended for optimal performance. This system boasts massive 5-inch OD duct work and a 6-inch MAF sensor housing designed to accept a 6-inch ID filter. It includes a 5-inch silicone hump hose to absorb motor rock and a silicone coupler for 102/103 mm throttle bodies. The air box is designed with an effective seal to the hood, maximizing air box volume and creating space for a larger filter. The inlet elbow features a molded-in, oversize breather port. Due to the larger duct size, custom tuning is necessary for all Big Gulp Series Cold Air Intake Systems. Failure to tune could result in engine damage. The intake is also not available for sale or use in California. Installation may require specific throttle body adapters. A 5-inch x 4.25-inch step hose is included to couple with most 102 and 103 mm aftermarket throttle bodies. A 5-inch x 4.75-inch throttle body adapter (part number 1013-2059) and a 4-inch adapter for the factory throttle body (part number 1014-3049) are sold separately. Upgrading the stock throttle body is highly recommended for optimal performance. The replacement oil filter is part number 1013-5013.
