Big Gulp Series 5-Inch Cold Air Intake

The Roto-Fab Big Gulp Series cold air intake system is engineered for the 2017-2024 Camaro ZL1, targeting power levels exceeding 650-700 RWHP. It utilizes massive 5-inch OD ductwork and a 6-inch MAF sensor housing to significantly reduce restriction compared to standard systems. The intake features a powdercoated air box with a Roto-fab Big Gulp Series logo and a bulb seal that effectively seals to the hood, maximizing air box volume and accommodating a larger filter. Key components include a 5-inch hump hose to absorb motor rock, a silicone coupler designed for 102/103 mm throttle bodies, and a molded-in oversize breather coupler. Adapters are available for factory throttle bodies (part 1014-3049) and a larger 5-inch x 4.75-inch adapter for specific aftermarket throttle bodies (part 1013-2059), though upgrading the stock throttle body is highly recommended for optimum performance. Due to the larger duct size of the Big Gulp Series, custom tuning is necessary for all installations to prevent potential engine damage. The system comes with a pre-oiled, 6-inch ID filter that requires 89 grams of filter oil for servicing, with replacement part number 1013-5013 available.
