Big Gulp Series 5-Inch Intake System

The Roto-Fab Big Gulp Series cold air intake system is engineered to take the performance of your 2012-2015 Camaro ZL1 to the next level. Designed for highly modified vehicles, especially those exceeding 650-700 RWHP, this system features massive 5-inch OD duct work to significantly reduce air intake restriction. Key components include a 6-inch MAF sensor housing with a large 6-inch ID filter clamping surface, ensuring rigid mounting and preventing engine bay heat from entering the intake. The system also incorporates a 5-inch silicone hump hose to absorb engine movement and a silicone coupler for 102/103 mm throttle bodies. An oversized breather coupler is molded into the inlet elbow, accommodating various PCV configurations. Due to its larger duct size, custom tuning is absolutely necessary for all Big Gulp Series Cold Air Intake Systems. Failure to tune the vehicle after installation could result in engine damage. For optimal performance, especially with aftermarket throttle bodies, upgrading the stock throttle body is highly recommended; adapters for various throttle body sizes are sold separately. The air box design utilizes a bulb seal to effectively seal to the hood, maximizing air box volume and space for the larger filter. The replacement oil filter is part number 1013-5013.
