Big Gulp Series Cold Air Intake System

The Roto-fab 2015-19 Corvette Z06 Big Gulp Series Cold Air Intake System is engineered for high-horsepower applications, featuring a massive filter with a 6-inch flange and a custom-molded MAF sensor housing designed for optimal airflow. This system incorporates an airbox that effectively isolates the filter from engine bay heat while maximizing air intake. The included high-gloss silicone couplers and stainless steel clamps ensure a secure and durable installation. This intake requires a tune to function correctly and is designed to fit 102mm or 103mm throttle bodies, with an optional stock throttle body adapter available. It also includes a machined breather adapter for OEM connection, along with an oversize breather elbow. The system is a 100% bolt-in installation and is designed to fit under the OEM air extractor, and it may also fit other supercharged systems with the same throttle body location. Third-party dyno testing has shown a gain of over 40 HP on a built and tuned car with the Roto-fab Big Gulp air intake when properly tuned, making it a significant performance upgrade. However, please note that this product is not available for sale or use in California due to state regulations. This cold air intake system is specifically designed for the 2015-2019 Chevrolet Corvette Z06. It is not compatible with other Corvette models, such as the 2019 Stingray.
