The Roto-Fab 2015-19 Corvette Z06 Big Gulp Series Cold Air Intake System leverages Roto-fab's LT4 experience for the Corvette market. Key features include a huge filter with a 6-inch mounting flange, a custom-molded 6-inch to 5-inch MAF sensor housing, and a 5-inch molded inlet elbow. The proprietary MAF housing design ensures consistency for tuning and street driving, while the air box design optimizes airflow around the filter and isolates it from engine bay heat. It includes a throttle body coupler compatible with 102-3 MM throttle bodies (a stock TB adapter is available separately), a machined breather adapter for OEM connection, and an oversize breather elbow. High-gloss silicone couplers and stainless steel clamps are used for durability. This intake system is 100 percent bolt-in and designed to fit under the OEM air extractor. It will also fit other supercharged systems with the same throttle body location. Dyno results from a third party indicated a gain of over 40 HP on a built and tuned car when switching to this Roto-fab Big Gulp air intake and tuning it, with no other modifications.
