Big Gun 01-05 Yamaha RAPTOR 660 EVO R Series Head Pipe

The EVO R series from Big Gun Exhaust draws on their heritage of making power. This series is offered for various off-road MX and sport ATV models. It is a tried-and-true series that will save weight, add noticeable performance gains, and sound tremendously better than stock. It features a precision-bent, TIG-welded 304 stainless steel head pipe with a larger diameter than the stock head pipe. It is lighter than stock and offers increased horsepower and torque gains. All Big Gun exhaust systems are handmade in the USA and come with a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty. Proper tuning (jetting for carbureted vehicles or a fuel controller/programmer for fuel-injected vehicles) is required to maintain the warranty and prevent the motor and exhaust from running lean. Muffler repacking is required every 15-20 hours of ride/drive time.
