Big Gun 03-07 Kawasaki KLX 400R EVO R Series Full System Exhaust

The EVO R series draws on Big Gun's heritage of making power. This tried-and-true series saves weight, adds noticeable performance gains, and sounds tremendously better than stock. It features a hard-anodized, oval-shaped aluminum muffler, TIG-welded reinforced muffler bracket, 304 stainless steel mid pipe/head pipe, and a red powder-coated stainless steel end tip. It is lighter than the stock exhaust system, provides huge horsepower and torque gains, and has a sleek muffler design for maximum clearance. A removable screen-type spark arrestor is included. The system is handmade in the USA and comes with a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty. This system is not ARB/CARB compliant and cannot be sold in the state of California.
