Big Gun 08-16 Yamaha WR 250X/R EVO R Series Slip On Exhaust

The EVO R series draws on Big Gun's heritage of making power. This series saves weight, adds noticeable performance gains, and sounds tremendously better than stock. It features a hard anodized oval-shaped aluminum muffler, TIG welded reinforced muffler bracket(s), a 304 stainless steel mid pipe, and a red powder-coated stainless steel end tip. This system is lighter than stock and offers huge horsepower and torque gains with a sleek muffler design for maximum clearance. A removable screen-type spark arrestor is included. It is handmade in the USA and comes with a 1 Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty. This system is not ARB / CARB compliant and cannot be sold in the state of California. Proper tuning (jetting for carbureted, fuel controller for fuel injected) is required to maintain warranty and prevent engine/exhaust damage from running lean. Muffler repacking is required every 15-20 hours of ride/drive time.
