Description

The Z Car Depot Big Throat Borla Throttle Body is a performance upgrade designed to replace the stock throttle body on Datsun 280Z and 280ZX models. This 60mm unit aims to improve mid and high-RPM power and torque, with dyno tests showing gains on stock engines. For maximum performance potential, minor modifications to the stock inlet manifolds are recommended. When paired with other engine modifications, substantial power increases can be achieved, though this may affect street-legal status. It may be necessary to transfer the by-pass screw and spring from the original throttle body depending on the year of your vehicle. This throttle body features a 2.75" O.D. inlet, which requires a larger hose than the stock unit. The product includes a gasket and mounting bolts for installation.
