BigPack Performance Intercooler Kit

The do88 Volvo S60/V60/XC60/V90/S90/XC90 (SPA) Petrol BigPack Intercooler Kit is engineered for high horsepower goals and aims to provide the best possible performance upgrades. This comprehensive kit includes both a do88 performance intercooler and a complete pipe kit, replacing everything between the turbo outlet and the throttle body for a significant improvement in airflow and cooling efficiency. The core volume of the do88 intercooler is 62% larger than the OEM unit (13766 cm³ vs. 8476 cm³), and it boasts 39% higher airflow at a 0.15 bar pressure drop (372 CFM vs. 268 CFM). This is achieved through CAD-designed, flow-optimized cast end tanks and an optimized core design for maximum cooling efficiency with minimal pressure drop. The kit features mandrel-bent seamless aluminum pipes in 63mm (2.5”) and 70mm (2.75”) diameters, paired with custom-made, 4-layer reinforced silicone hoses capable of handling high temperatures and pressures. For the do88 BigPack to provide a performance increase over the OEM intercooler, an engine software tune is required. The kit comes with all necessary hardware for installation, and installation instructions are available.
