Description

The Whipple Billet 132mm Elliptical Electronic Throttle Body Upgrade is engineered to unlock the full airflow potential of your supercharged 2015-2017 Ford F-150 5.0L when equipped with a Whipple supercharger system. Featuring a unique elliptical blade design, often called a "Roval" style, this throttle body is built to move over 2000 CFM of air, effectively eliminating intake restrictions for high-performance applications. It's constructed from billet material for durability and bolts directly to Whipple supercharger inlet housings. The design reuses the factory electronic throttle motor for seamless integration and is pre-flowed and calibrated to ensure consistent idle quality and smooth throttle response. This upgrade is designed as a direct bolt-on to Whipple supercharger inlet housings, facilitating a clean installation. It includes adapters for Whipple air tube connections. While it supports significant horsepower gains, custom tuning is required for proper operation and to realize the full performance benefits. Fitment is specific to 2015-2017 Ford F-150 5.0L V8 models that are equipped with compatible Whipple supercharger systems.
