Billet 2JZ Race Block

The Titan Motorsports Billet 2JZ Race Block is a purpose-built engine foundation designed to withstand the extreme cylinder pressures required for elite drag racing performance. Developed to replace the factory iron 2JZ block, this billet aluminum component utilizes CNC machining to optimize structural integrity while shedding over 50 pounds of weight. It is engineered to support configurations exceeding 4,000 horsepower. The block features seven forged steel main caps with cross-bolted mains for maximum bearing life and durability. Cylinder walls are equipped with custom-designed, extra-thick Darton sleeves, allowing for a user-configurable displacement of up to 3.5 liters. The package includes a comprehensive hardware set featuring ARP L19 main studs, ARP cross bolts, and custom ARP 9/16 to 1/2-inch head studs. An optimized dry sump oil pan is also included to improve oil scavenging and engine longevity. Please note that this is a race-only unit. It does not feature water jackets or standard cooling provisions, and as such, it is not compatible with street-use applications. Titan Motorsports does not offer a street-version of this billet block, as the factory-style units are considered sufficient for non-race environments.
